Therapeutic Work with Employees
My therapeutic services involve supporting UK-based employees from numerous organisations and sectors. Clients include those who work in the NHS, CPS, HMRC, HMPPS, Network Rail, universities and retail companies.
Employee feedback and results of pre-therapy, and post-therapy rating scales indicate that symptoms of anxiety and depression tend to reduce during therapy. For many, this occurs within a short space of time. This highlights the significance of access to support when employees need it most.
Face-to-face sessions are offered to employees who can access services in person, including on-site counselling, mental health drop-ins, or reflective sessions. Alternatively, employees can access services via phone or video.
I support mental health and wellbeing of employees working in settings such as prisons, courts, museums, factories, offices, retail, for example. Therapeutic work involves supporting those in various roles including those in managerial and supervisory roles.
Whether you would like to engage with my services for a one-off mental health drop-in day or you would like to discuss training opportunities, I can tailor my services to suit your needs.
